I paid but don't have access yet
Lifetime access is usually activated within a few minutes after payment. Try signing out and back in, or refresh the job search page. If access still isn't working after 30 minutes, contact us with the email you used at checkout and your payment receipt from Stripe.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in page, use the password reset option if available, or email support with the address tied to your account and we'll help you regain access.
Are these jobs really open to Canadians?
Yes — that's our focus. We filter listings to highlight remote roles from companies that hire in Canada or accept Canadian applicants. Always confirm eligibility on the employer's application page before applying.
Can I get a refund?
Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. If something went wrong with your payment or the product isn't what you expected, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll review your case. See our Terms of Service for full details.
A job link is broken or expired
Remote listings change quickly. Send us the job title and company (or a screenshot) and we'll investigate and update or remove the listing.
