Terms of Service

1. The service

Remote Jobs Canada provides a curated database of remote job listings aimed at Canadian job seekers. We aggregate and verify listings to save you time, but we are not an employer and do not guarantee hiring outcomes.

Job listings link to third-party employer sites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of external job postings after you leave our platform.

2. Lifetime access & payment

• Price: $24.99 CAD one-time fee for lifetime access (unless otherwise stated at checkout)
• No recurring subscription is required for standard lifetime access
• Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms where applicable
• Access is tied to the email account you use to register

3. Refunds

Because lifetime access delivers immediate digital access to our job database, purchases are generally final. If you experience a technical issue, duplicate charge, or cannot access the service after payment, contact us within 7 days at support@remotejobscanada.ca. Refunds are granted at our discretion when the service was not delivered as described.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download job listings or site content without permission
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to spam employers
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, authentication, or security measures
• Submit false information through contact or registration forms

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Job listing disclaimer

We work to show active, Canada-friendly remote roles, but listings can expire, change, or contain errors from the original source. Always verify role details, eligibility, and compensation directly with the employer before applying. Remote Jobs Canada does not endorse any particular employer.

6. Intellectual property

The Remote Jobs Canada name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Job titles and descriptions remain the property of their respective employers. You may use the service for personal job searching only.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remote Jobs Canada is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including lost income, missed opportunities, or reliance on job listings. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for lifetime access in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes to the service or Terms

We may update features, pricing for new customers, or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Remote Jobs Canada operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in the applicable courts of that province, unless consumer protection laws in your province require otherwise.
